Not too far away from Hanoi’ center, Le Croissant Bakery (21D Ha Hoi Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi) attracts customers with a simple, elegant and fragrant ambiance together with humanitarian values.

In the old days, Hoa Sua School was founded by enigmatic retired Vietnamese teachers to give a chance of having a better life to abandoned and disadvantaged children. After finishing the second grade at Hoa Sua School, trainees will be sent to Le Croissant to practice. Products during practicing process under the supervision of professional bakers will be for sale.

However, please do not be duped by the fact that you are served by amateurs, this bakery knocked out home-style French cakes with French standards. Thanks to talented French experts and students’ hard time of much effort, Le Croissant has become an ideal destination to enjoy typical traditional French cakes, if not to mention Croissant – the symbol of French bakery. Inside the small bakery, customers can choose from a wide range of cakes, from bread through to sweet cakes and salty ones including hot Baguette, Baguette mouse, Seigle, Paux Cereals, Croissant, Mousse, Tarte, Tiramissu, Gateau

With Le Croissant, patrons not only have an opportunity to enjoy typical French cakes but also have a chance to support and share with disadvantaged children.
