After months of hard work and regular consultation with architects from San Francisco, Cali Steakhouse proudly opened in July 2003.

Cali Steakhouse ensures that people in Ho Chi Minh City can experience a variety of mouth watering authentic steaks without traveling to San Francisco.

The dining experience at Cali Steakhouse begins when patrons arrive to the restaurant. A small lane directs customers to a world that resembles a family home. The Gammon Bridge portrait at the entrance adds to the overall design and decoration of the restaurant and the ambience created in the dining area suggests that patrons have been invited home.

The open, spacious kitchen area adjacent to the dining area allows patrons to observe safe and careful food preparation. The large glass windows make it easy for patrons to see the American Head Chef in action as he works with his young apprentices.

The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily with over 60 dishes on the menu. House specialties such as grilled salmon, bread in cheese sauce, imported USA and Australian beefsteaks delight our regular customers and tourists alike. Our steaks are so fresh and delicious that we do not use a lot of marinates because we want our patrons to enjoy the natural flavours of our beef.
