Opened on 22th Oct., 2012 and located on Luong Dinh Cua street, Gà Việt restaurant specializes in chicken dishes of Mekong river delta (South Western Vietnam) flavor.
The striking feature of the restaurant is chickens here are fresh home-grown ones, hence after ordering, the time you have to wait may last long but the dish will be subtly tasty and aromatic. Dishes of Gà Việt are tasty not only in an ordinary way but also thanks to the secret recipe in the marination, which brings to diners the feeling of freshness when enjoying.
Coming to Gà Việt, you should not ignore specialties considered the pride of the restaurant such as: Chicken hotpot of lime and chili; Jar-roasted chicken; or chicken grilled with peppers and salt,… at the price of 180.000 VNĐ/ unit. “Chicken hotpot of lime and chili” with kinds of vegetables: morning glory, water momosa, sesbania,… as well as the sourness of lime, the heat of chili, the aroma of cinnamon leaves will leave you an indescribable aftertaste. The dishes namely “jar-roasted chicken” sounds familiar but if you have a try, you can get a full feeling of this dish’s feature. That chicken is soft with its spice-impregnating skin, served with fried sticky rice will make you experience the aroma of the course and will certainly not cloy your appetite.
The restaurant space is quite wide, airy and is divided into many sections. The main section with the leaf-tiled dome has the largest area and are suitable for parties. Besides, the restaurant also serves diners in the so-called “tum” (a small hut covered with leaf roof), which is appropriate for small groups of patrons needing a private space, or in a row of private rooms which are equipped with a karaoke system serving the demand of entertainment for guests.
