Coming to Vesper, patrons can choose for themselves a suitable seat: on the comfortable colorful sofa, at the bar with high chairs or even in the friendly outdoor space.

The chef of Vesper is from Germany and had many years of experience in working for Park Hyatt hotel. Hence, his dishes are always exclusive and creative with the spirit of fusion cuisine. For instance, “Rigatoni, Italian Sausage, Sweet Peas, Grana” with the combination of pasta, rolled pork, cheese and potato sauce has brought you a subtle dish with various flavors. Or “Chicken Wings Tempura with Spicy Dip” is the dish of Japanese style. Chicken wings marinated with spices and then dipped in wheat flour in the style of Tempura and fried in full oil have become delicious, flavorful and completely satisfied your taste. Besides, Vesper also also serves office lunch of bento box. A helping always consists of 4 courses: 1 fried course, 1 soup, 2 salads and 1 main course.
