Koto is an acronym for “Know One, Teach One” (When you know one, teach others.is a non-profit organization based in Hanoi. One year, Koto receiving from 50-60 children in difficult circumstances but must be motivated, know how to overcome fate. you will go through 1 month of training to prove your ability. if selected, Koto will be trained within 2 years. here, they will study the expertise of hotels and restaurants and learn about communication skills in English very well-naviably and professionally. After a period of hard work with their own efforts, some high-level graduates have been working in restaurants, hotels of high standards, and have children who have opened their own restaurants.
founded in 1996 by an Australian citizen of Vietnamese descent – Mr. Jimmy Pham. one visit to the country, he saw the children who missed in Hanoi, he could not help but regret and suddenly realized one thing: only the trained skills will help them have a stable career and a bright future. and from there, the restaurant Koto birth for the first time in Hanoi has brought life-changing opportunities for unfortunate fates.
