born in Venice, one of the most famous cities in Northern Italy, GUIDO CORÀ began his career from a small restaurant in Schio village from a very young age.
he works for many restaurants from Italy to France and is famous as diligent, industrious and hard-to-learn. when he grew up he was the owner and chef of Da Baff restaurant, Cuciba Veneziana.
then he became known as the Chez Guido restaurant in Zurich, Switzerland. with 35 years of Italian culinary experience, Mr. GUIDO CORÀ came to Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) in 1990 and gave birth to Chez Guido restaurant at the Continental Hotel.
1992, he founded the Italian restaurant CAPPUCINO with the desire to spread Italian moisture to the Vietnamese. during his 5 years here, he trained a team of professional chefs to cook traditional Vietnamese Italian dishes with the cooperation of chefs: Hindussi Marez, Daneil Koeppel, Chistophe and Daniel Larequie.
Currently, CAPPUCINO has developed a system of 4 restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho.
