Step foot in Mandarine, I was fascinated by the scenery here - simple but enchanted! ancient, ancient space in the wood architecture as brought me back to the early 20th century. ancient features are shown from the screen, the tables and chairs are carved elaborately, elegantly, to the ancient ceramic vase in all sizes large and small or the painting embroidered with conchs makes the scenery become luxurious, elegant as dragging the footsteps I discovered and dream of a magnificent palace.
Herbs and spices are two characteristic elements of Vietnamese cuisine and are always cleverly combined in each dish at Mandarine. under the talented hands, full of passion of famous chefs make the dish delicious and eye-catching. rich menu with the combination of dishes characteristic of all regions, both the harmony between Eastern and Western cuisine has given me the opportunity to enjoy the cuisine with all the senses.
The house Mandarineto tell you the food stories along all parts of the country. tangerine duck, pancakes, spring rolls Mandarinecinnamon grilled chicken, mushroom steamed fish ... besides the delicate dishes, bold Vietnamese you can completely choose a traditional Chinese diet with hot seafood hot hot hot hot hot hot, spicy beef sautéed to serve in the bamboo tube ... or the fusion dishes combined with European-Vietnamese ingenious. my favorite when you come here is still food. tangerine duck. crushed duck is carefully boned as soft as velvet, absorbing spices combined with sour smooth tangerine, sweet and gentle can not be criticized.

Mandarine restaurant is decorated in the style of ancient architecture as the wholly timber. Just step into the threshold of the restaurant, diners will immediately feel the difference with the outside world when the whole campus is an ancient space, quiet. All items here are crafted by wooden from doors, the entrance up the stairs, dining table, chairs ... Even the chopsticks are finely carved in the anciently royal style,blended with silk being decorated randomly to make a softness and flexibility.Each sculptural space to bring the different culture style from many regions and the national flower images or graphics exam held.
