is located on the 2nd floor of the 5-star Legend Saigon Hotel, Yoshino is a restaurant specializing in Japanese cuisine with dishes bearing the essence of the culinary art of Phu Tang. with a Japanese design, Yoshino imrate a strong impression with bright red cherry blossoms painted skillfully on the glass ceiling clearly reflected down the glossy black marble background like a mirror.
restaurant space divided into four separate areas: sushi counter as an open kitchen - diners can simultaneously enjoy the food and talent of the chef when preparing sashimi or sushi; the area simulating Japanese pagodas - each dining table is placed on a "pagoda" with small stairs to step up; Japanese-style room with a mating background, architecture and sliding doors; and finally the Western-style dining room with a window. all are designed by luxurious, precious materials from Japan.
Yoshino is home to most of the traditional Japanese cuisine such as: sushi, sashimi, hot pot, tempura, ...it always puts the quality of the food first. here, diners always enjoy fresh fish dishes, imported 3 times per week. Special, menu Omakase" dinner is also Yoshino’s pride, because this is an ingenious combination of the finest traditional dishes including appetizers, raw fish, soups, stews, grilled dishes, hot pot, rice or noodles and desserts, which are changed every month. besides, the weekend menu is available with 6 delicious Japanese dishes from only 600,000 VND for 3 or 4 users will surely satisfy all the preferences and tastes of diners.
