I used to make an order in Tonkin (58 Tran Quoc Toan) so this cmt is supportive of Tonkin, please read it all patiently. the first time I stepped in here, I liked this place, from the restaurant space to the food, the friends working with, even the easy-to-difficult guests day to visit here. quite good food and drinks, reasonable price and competition. really a lot of regrets about not being able to continue working in Tonkin. I always consider Tonkin as a 2nd family, but I can’t deny the opinions of some of you. indeed the personnel in Tonkin are unstable, there is no good training so the quality of service of new employees is difficult to get professional right away. but that is also a reason people can sympathize, because those who come here to work must be self-sufficient. proactively learn and learn everything, so the first time is very difficult to serve customers well right away. so do I myself, the first time is sloppy, do not know anything, everything has to be learned, thankfully the customer is almost easygoing, always ignoring the mistakes and actively contributing to me.
