THA OM GARDEN-An Ancient Garden House
Vietnamese Cuisine

Vietnamese (Central)/ Hue cuisine; Imperial Cuisine
Located on the way from the Royal Palace to Linh Mu pagoda, along with the romantic Huong river, Tha Om Garden is an interesting cuisine address for those who would like to enjoy informal meals in the space of an ancient house once owned by an official family in Hue.

Tha Om Garden owns the precinct of 4 sections with the typical architecture of Nguyen dynasty, which have reached the age of 100. The late host was the Minister of Justice during the reign of Khai Dinh king.

Guests come to Tha Om Garden as if they visited the house of a distant friend since it is the host family who will directly cook, serve and introduce the history as well as traditional culture of the family to them.

Coming to Tha Om, those who are subtle will recognize that “music” of Tha Om is the sound of nature, wind, leaves, rain, water, and insects calling their sexual partners,… All mix together to create a “symphony” with a clear sound making you relaxed and peaceful.

Coming to Tha Om means drifting worries and sorrows and calming your soul in the noisy and hurried life in order for you to stably live and keep dreaming.

Tha Om Garden’s operation hour is from 10 am to 6 pm every day, except for one week before and after Tet.

Guests can enjoy their meals in the space of ancient architecture, together with Hue Royal music. Besides, Tha Om Garden also holds cooking classes, which is taken responsibility by the hostess.
