The restaurant name, Annamite is taken by the owner from a book "Technique du peuple Annamite" that sketched lots about “The Techniques of Annam” during 1908 - 1909, which composed by a French author Henri Oger.
Annamite, a name that popular among French, architectural design was coordinated in the contemporary trend is the combination of modern and classic French. In the main dining area, light blue and yellow has dominated the toen of the interior. Then, the paintings are also hand-drawn.
The paintings mainly describe the life of the ancient Annam, which is what the restaurant’s owner wants to convey a better close-up of Vietnamese ancient life practices to localities and foreign tourists .
