The new Parkview Restaurant in New World Hotel Saigon fling opens in April 18th, 2008.
In fact, Parkview Restaurant is a multifaceted three-course dining complex. During the day, you will have chance to experience the decent view of Le Lai Park, where the Vietnamese flair is hustling and bustling. To step in from the entrance of the restaurant, the floor to ceiling window provides a hundred percent translucent to both external to internal. Especially in day light beam which penetrates from the outside, the shades over the floor, you can see a total natural portrait which is actually composed by the light beams, shades of the tree as well as the reflex of the ceiling high window - a perception as an unique experience in Saigon.
In the morning, chefs are almost head-down in preparing not only the huge varieties of continental breakfast menu, but also fresh juices. Those juices are mostly squeezed from daily fresh local fruit.
The utilization of open-kitchen style, the illuminated ceiling-high wine displays together with the presentation of tasty foods(authentic pizza, grilled meat, seafood bar where people can find the overflow of oysters, crabs, mussels, shrimps and lobsters), the edible ambience is really a perfect match-up of ‘casual’ and ‘formal’ dining experience… certainly this is what the Park View culinary is about
Furthermore, with a great varieties of foods, the nourishment of the wine list is a well balanced focus on the main grape varieties – “showcasing the difference characters within each variety was the main goal and objective”.
“Every effort was made to create an authentic restaurant pointing out the grandness and contemporary design – the culinary experienced is based on simple, authentic, fresh & flavorful chef crafted food. When you taste the seared salmon with dill, pink peppers and Provencal dressing or the Mississippi mud cake you will understand what I mean with it ” said Matthias Widor, Director of Food & Beverage of the New World Hotel Saigon
