FROM VENEZIA TO SAIGON
Mr GUIDO CORÀ was born in Venezia one of famous beach town in the North of ITALY. He stared his job in a small Italian restaurant in his village Schio, when he was very young.
He was hard working motivated. He worked in many restaurants from Italy to France. When growing up, he became a chef and the owner of Ristorante Da Baffo, Cucina Veneziana as well. Then he became successful with Chez Guido restaurant in Zurich, Switchzerland.
With 35 years expienced in the Italian cuisine, Mr GUIDO CORÀ came to Saigon (Hochiminh City) in 1990 and step up Chez Guido restaurant at Continental Hotel.
In 1992, he opened Italian restaurant – CAPPUCINO, where he had trained a team of Vietnamese cooks to become professional in Italian cuisine in during 5 years, with the help of Chefs: Hindussi Marez, Daniel Koeppel, Chistophe and Daniel Larequie.
At the moment, CAPPUCINO was developed to a chain of four restaurant in Hochiminh city and Can Tho.
