"Apgujeong" Korean Restaurant is grandly opened in June, the 2006. It is mainly managed by the genuine Korean executive head chef, Madam Park Kyang Sun, who is qualified as a national official chef in Korea.

And her menu is well known as super healthy to the publics since Japanese imported is being used and so far no chemicals has been used as concerned.

“The Korean Official Cuisine” is one of that Madam Park can be proud of. All the specialties (from small dishes) such as BBQ short ribs, beef tongue, cold noodle which made by specific noodle machine, Ginseng chicken broth, rock pot (Korean made)rice as well as Korean seafood pizza in home made sauce, attract people who are genuine fans of this particular cuisine.

On the other hand, if we talk about Korean Cuisine, ‘Kim Chi’ is one of the popular dish or may say an appetizer that you will possibly have it in mind already or you will never miss. In Apgujeong, materials in making Kim Chi are mainly imported from Korea, you can really tell the difference. In addition, the Kabocha soup poached in natural herbal is also highly reccommended.
