It’s one of the earliest Italian restaurant in Vietnam, Chef Mamma’s is located in Saigon SuperBowl Center where you can enjoy original Italian foods and Vietnamese also.

As an Italian restaurant, most of the dishes are prepared by Mr. Nunzio Biviano, the original Italian chef who has over 40 years experience of cooking. Not only using olive oil for cooking but all the raw materials for Italian foods is imported from Italy in order to ensure preserving the traditional and special aromatic flavours. Beside, you are also able to enjoy the original Vietnamese foods which are taken care by his wife Ms. Thu Thuy, graduated from Univeristy of Technical Education, HCMC, Domestic Science Division.

With the rich menu of over 150 tradional and special dishes of Italian and Vietnamese, Chef Mamma’s will satisfy even gastronomers and anyone who wants to learn about the differences of the culinary culture between two countries.
