Toppers is located on the 4th floor of one of the well known building, named Parkson at the city center. It has been reputed as its varieties in its buffet that is mainly managed by the Thai and German chef, and also French ice cream, since it is established. Besides the German draught beer and those homemade cocktails, Toppers also serves wines which came from Australia, France and Chile.
