Excellent steak with the best U.S. beef!
After 6 months and hours of hard working of the architect from San Francisco, Cali Steakhouse was finally founded to open on July, 2003.
Since then, “Steak”has become much more general to the localities and certainly a long haul trip to San Francisco has been saved.
To get inside the restaurant, you have to go through a tiny lane, then you may find a different world or even you may feel you are home in somehow. The design and decoration, especially the portrait of Gammon Bridge which has been hung right at the entrance, has intensively dominated not only the attention from guests , but also the whole ambience in the dining area.
Next to the dinning area, that is where the open-kitchen is located. By seeing through the glass, you may find how much food safe and hygiene has been cared of. The food has been prepared and served in good shape as all he chef s have been trained by the head chef who has come from America.
60 kinds of menu as well as the house specialties such as grilled salmon, bread in cheese sauce are serving daily in breakfast, lunch and dinner. And beefsteak, beef are using the U.S. and Australian imports, as not much marination or manifacturing are needed. And also this is the only reason why the U.S. steak is difered than others; the freshness from the beef will always be tasted….
However, according to guests’ requests, on June, 2007 the Asian corner has been opened. Deep fried spring roll, pork , shrimp & lotus root salad, shrimp toast and other Vietnamese and Chinese dishes has been added to varify the current menu.
