Tease your taste buds with a smattering of international tapas, from Moroccan Bisteyya (braised squab wrapped in crispy almond-scented rice paper) to Sticky Rice Dumplings filled with mung bean puree—Vietnamese comfort food, Bobby Chinn-style.
